When will my order ship?
Each Mouaire garment is the result of meticulous craftsmanship, carefully shaped by hand in our Belgian atelier. Due to the artisanal nature of our production, we ask that you allow 1 to 14 business days for your piece to be prepared for dispatch, depending on availability and production schedule.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves our atelier.
Please note: tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate. Orders are not processed on weekends or Belgian public holidays.

Within Europe: 1–7 business days
International: 2–14 business days (depending on destination)
Delivery times are indicative. Delays may occur due to customs processing, courier disruptions, or regional events. We will always do our best to support you if your parcel is delayed.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once your order has been placed, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. However, we invite you to contact us promptly at hello@mouaire.com. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Pre-Orders
Mouaire offers pre-orders on select collections, allowing you early access to exclusive pieces. A 50% deposit is required at the time of order, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment.
- Pre-orders are made-to-order and non-refundable
- Items will ship to the address provided at checkout
- Final payment reminders will be sent via email

U.S. Shipping Requirements
The U.S. requires an importer identification number (EIN or SSN) for customs clearance. Failure to provide this information may result in delays or the return of your shipment.
In such cases, Mouaire is not responsible for return shipping, customs or storage fees. These costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.
