At Mouaire, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of each piece. We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right — and we are here to help.
Can I return my order?
Yes, Mouaire accepts returns and exchanges on all full-priced, unworn items, with the exception of pre-orders and discounted archive pieces, which are final sale. To request a return or exchange, please contact our Client Services team at hello@mouaire.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label. The return parcel must be shipped within 5 days of receiving your label.Returns must be sent from the same country where the original delivery took place. If that is not possible, please email us in advance — additional fees may apply.
Condition of Returned Items
All returns must be received in pristine condition, including:
Original packaging (boxes, protective bags, tissue)
All tags and labels attached
Any included accessories
We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds if items show signs of wear, have been washed or altered, or if any packaging elements are missing. A €10 restocking fee may apply if gift boxes or other branded materials are not returned.
Returns sent cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus any return shipping or administrative fees (outlined below). Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after your return is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time.

To help us maintain sustainable, secure shipping services, the following return shipping fees apply:
European Union (EU)
Flat return fee: €15
United Kingdom & Switzerland
Flat return fee: €25
United States & Canada
Flat return fee: €85
(Includes €40 shipping + €45 DHL administrative fee)
Store credit of €85 offered for U.S. returns, valid for one year.
Asia, Middle East, Australia, and Rest of World
Flat return fee: €85
For international returns with a declared value above €2,000 / $2,100, any import duties originally paid on your behalf will be deducted from the refund total.
Special Considerations for U.S. Returns
For U.S. returns, customers must provide a valid EIN (Employer Identification Number) or SSN (Social Security Number) to comply with customs regulations.
Failure to do so may result in delays, additional handling fees, or the return being refused by customs. Mouaire is not liable for these charges; any incurred costs will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order separately. Once your return is received in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for the following:
Pre-order pieces (made-to-order, custom-crafted for you)
Archive sale items (discounted, final sale)
