1. General Information
This website is owned and operated by Mouaire, a Belgian knitwear label. These Terms govern your use of our website and all transactions made through it.
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Product Information & Availability
Each Mouaire piece is crafted with care in limited quantities. We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock at the time of your order.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or discontinue items without notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include Belgian VAT (for EU orders) unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping, customs duties, or import taxes (see Shipping & Duties policy).
We accept payment via secure methods including major credit cards, PayPal, and any additional payment providers listed at checkout. Payments are processed securely via encrypted third-party gateways. Mouaire does not store your credit card information.
4. Order Confirmation & Acceptance
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms receipt of your request, but does not constitute acceptance. Mouaire reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors.
5. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from Belgium. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs vary by region and are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only. Mouaire is not liable for delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, or other external factors beyond our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on full-priced, unworn items within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Returns for pre-orders and archive items are not accepted. For complete terms, please see our Return Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, graphics, and product photography is the property of Mouaire or its content providers, and is protected under Belgian and international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent from Mouaire.
8. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information under GDPR.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mouaire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of any product or the website.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.
10. Force Majeure
Mouaire shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, acts of war, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or interruptions to internet or shipping services.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
