When will my order ship?

Each Mouaire garment is the result of meticulous craftsmanship, carefully shaped by hand in our Belgian atelier. Due to the artisanal nature of our production, we ask that you allow up to 14 business days for your piece to be prepared for dispatch, depending on availability and production schedule.

As a general guide:

• Knitwear take approximately 14 days to produce.
• Signature collection equires around 4 weeks.
• Bridal pieces may take up to 8 weeks, depending on the design.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves our atelier.

Please note: tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate. Orders are not processed on weekends or Belgian public holidays.
